My Favorite Fonts!

Since I started this blog last May, I have played around with several different font styles. I have grown attached to some and they have now become my favorite fonts. I use them in everything from graphics to headings. When creating documents & graphics, I think you need some fonts with a little bit of extra style and some that are just plain, simple, and get the point across. I usually try to use a mixture of the two when creating illustrations and graphics in Adobe Photoshop (my favorite image editing software).

The font styles below are the ones that I use on a daily basis and that have made "My Favorites" list...

Not all of these fonts are default fonts on Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites. So, I had to download them from the Internet. My favorite font downloading Websites are dafont and Fonts101.

They have many categories and pages of FREE fonts that are super easy to download and use. Check them out because you just might find one that will soon become your favorite as well! ; )

Happy Creating,

  1. Once you download them do they go straight to your software program? I've been meaning to look into this...but ahh, only so much time right?

  2. You will have to open up the file and click install. After that point, it places the font style into your collection. So, if you open up Microsoft Word, it will be in the font selection list. Let me know how it works. :)
