My Entrywall Table Find!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today, I want to show y'all the awesome item I found for my entryway table. But, first, lets take a step back and revisit the tasks I have completed so far for this project...

I have repainted the table...

And, I have created the first step of my gallery wall; creating an initial wall canvas.

Now, my next task was to find a cute white vase or jar to sit on my entryway table. I wanted something that was simple, not too big, and complimented the space instead of taking over it.

I went shopping last Thursday with "entryway accessory" stamped on my list and in my brain. I looked in every little nook of all of the stores I went to that day. I was even willing to find something not so perfect and make it into my version of perfect. Of course, we visited all of our normal spots; Target, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Pier One, and Trees n Trends. And, where did I find the vase that I couldn't live without?!?! Drumroll please... TJ Maxx!!!

If you have ever shopped at a TJ Maxx, you know that it is a hit or miss type of store. They either have a store full of goodies or they don't have a thing (in my opinion). Well, this was one of those "don't have a thing" type of trips. But, while I was walking down the decorative household accessories aisle, I spotted a cute little white vase with flowers that was exactly what I was looking for. And, it was only $9.99 (insert smile)!!! JACKPOT!!! This little baby went in my basket, to the register, and it is now sitting in my house.

I am so excited about sharing this cute little thing with you...

Isn't she cute?!?! I think so.

Another thing marked off my list...
  • pick out the pictures that I will use for the gallery wall
  • purchase the frames & paint them, if needed
  • find one other inspirational piece of art for the space
  • come up with the perfect layout
  • purchase a small white vase for the entryway table
  • pick out and purchase a rug for the space
Happy Decorating,

  1. Sweet find! I agree TJMaxx is always a hit or miss for me too. I either come out with 1 thing or nothing or a whole lot of things (like my last trip).
